    I went there to upgrade my phone and I told the person that I had an offer on the phone that wasn’t an online offer. He told me that he had two offers and printed them out and they were not the offer on the app he end up telling me he can’t help me and I might as well just order it online. I knew he was wrong so I went to another Verizon in Lincoln and I had no problem and I got my new phone.. I can’t stand lazy people that don’t do their job.

    This store is a scam. They added lines to my account without my knowledge. I opened 2 lines to my account with Owen and he added another line without my permission. I look at my bill and I am getting charged for a third one. I come back to the store they say to wait for him because he is off. Don't come here. Go to Citrus Heights store.

    I read reviews before coming and was hesitant. The manager Doug greeted me right away and had an associate Cody help me. Cody literally spent hours helping me in an extremely difficult situation, I thought I didn't have my license- was flagged for fraud- when I had it the whole time. Cody spent 3 hours with me to help me to transfer service to Verizon because I had no working phone, making zero commission from a sale and without a break. Cody was calm, had patience and knew what he was doing. If you end up at this Verizon id appreciate it if you asked for Cody!!

    I’ve been with Verizon for a long time and always came to this store because the people here used to be great. Michael and Stephanie always helped us out and were super nice, but it looks like there’s all new staff now and honestly, it’s not the same anymore. A little over a month ago, I came in after getting texts about a “Free iPhone 17 upgrade.” When I got there, the guy (Owen) said my trade-in was only worth $140, which already felt like a letdown. Then he told me I could get a “better deal” if I added another line that was supposedly free. I told him we didn’t need another line we have no use for it and just wanted to do a normal upgrade. He said okay. Then my bill came, and it was way higher than usual. I looked closer and saw they added another line anyway. I was so upset. I called customer service, spent forever on the phone, and they told me it was fixed and that I’d get a credit. They disconnected the extra line, but the credit never came. When I called back, they told me to go back to the same store which honestly was the last thing I wanted to do after all that. After all the back and forth, I just gave up and switched to T-Mobile. They gave us a better deal and were way more honest about everything. I never thought I’d say this, but Verizon has really gone downhill. It’s sad because I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and this store used to be one of the good ones. Not anymore.
