    Cisko at the Douglas location was absolutely AWESOME! He provided us with all the information we needed and helped us set up all of our devices! We purchased three new phones and three watches so this was a lot of time and energy. We are grateful for your service Cisko keep up the excellent work!

    If I could give no stars I would. I first called to check availability of devices and spoke with Cisko. He informed me they didn't have what I was looking for and gave me his number to follow up. He offered to order it for me and have is shipped to my home and I declined as deliveries rarely get to my house successfully and asked if I could do an order online pick up in store situation and was told NO Fast Forward about 30 mins I made a PHONE order to pickup in store (same day). I received confirmation my order was ready for pickup at approx 1:50pm. I then receive a text from Cisko at exactly 5pm asking if I cancelled my order-I didnt. Upon arrival to the store, I was told that I would have to pay an additional $93 on top of the $133 I already paid when I placed the order on the phone because the previous order was "cancelled". Mind you I had received no confirmation of cancellation. I then received my device (I was told the sales guy paid for it) and went about my weekend. I had set up a call back with the phone sales rep who I had spoken with on the original order (KEON) to go over a few other details we had previously discussed. I told him what happened and he was able to direct me to the app where it shows reason for cancelation. Reason for cancellation was "wasn't picked up by 12/13/25" the super funny part is this all happened on 12/12/25 Long story short- this store will cancel your order if you do it by phone because they receive no credit for the sale. So that way they can "be the hero" and set the exact same plan up and receive credit for it. Keon (the phone sales rep) was absolutely AMAZING and has taken care of every single issue I had!

    Been a Verizon business customer for 20 years. I have 4 phones recently upgraded all 4. One was stolen off of the FedEx truck during delivery. I have been going to this store for years as they were usually the best. No one would help me track the phone that was lost. They referred me to a phone number which didn’t even get me to the business department. When I finally got through the phone rep asked if the store had my file open I replied “nope they’re not been helping me”. They gave me wrong information about taking the old phone to the Verizon store for return. But they had plenty of time to talk about the spread on the 49rs game. Definitely going to be checking other service providers for my business.
