Both were kind, personable, knowledgeable, and so understanding. This is a Verizon store I would recommend unhesitatingly.

Unfortunately they didn’t have the option he wanted or near by so she special ordered the new phone. I also had issues on my bill and she called customer service to resolve my issues and even helped with more being a loyal customer. She did a great job!
