Best Buy has it together now. They have a knowledgeable greeter who helps you immediately and will radio someone in the department to meet you. Everyone was helpful. Great improvements.

Have been buying stuff multiple times and no issues. Guys are always very helpful.
I also would mention their online orders delivery, very fast and convenient. If something not in stock in the store, it will arrive in 2 days to your home.

Wide variety of tech to choose from. Staff are very well versed with the technology and work with you patiently. Took the Metta glasses demo with them and was fairly impressed with how the staff member worked with me on that. Wide variety of options. A little bit pushy in terms of getting you to register and become a member on our system, but you can just hold your ground and say no.

The employee interactions have been great my past couple of trips to this Best Buy location. I want to specifically mention Lindy and Aaron. Both of these employees assisted me quickly, and answered any and all questions I had. Lindy even went back to double check for an item I was told was out of stock and found one left! These are the types of employees that keep customers happy to come into a physical location. Well done.
