In November 2025 bought a iMac 24" Computer from Best Buy in Roseville. Prior to making the purchase we were told by the Sales person that we could save 10% off the first purchase by getting a Best Buy Credit Card. We were told that when we received the Best Buy Credit Card we could come into the store and would be given 10% in cash or by check. So we came back into Best Buy to get the 10% which would be $110. Best Buy Sales as well as Manager told us that is not accurate - so we left the store. Then I got to thinking after we left that since Best Buy only gives you 2 1/2 months to use the Credit of: $110 or lose the credit that I should call Best Buy and ask if we could convert the $110 from Credit to Gift Card. I was told over the phone that we could do that. So we again returneds to Best Buy and was told they can not convert the Credit (Reward) to Gift Cards. So again another misinformation and wasted time and gasoline back and forth!

Worst experience ever! The Manager on Duty “Nick”has the most horrible attitude he shouldn’t be a manager if he has no knowledge of his own stores return and or exchange policy, I tried to exchange a gift from my 15 year old brother, whom lost the receipt, he saved up his hard earned money to get me Nintendo switch 2 controller but got me the wrong ones I walked in and tried to exchange it he refused to exchange it out even though it meets exchange policy’s and could be exchanged for merchandise credit as he read it to me he realized that he could return it but still refused even after checking the contents. Claiming that the device cannot be resold after being opened. Last I remember Best Buy sells open box and lightly used items no problem!!!!! Any excuse not to help a customer out! He should honestly lose his job if he lacks the basic knowledge that every sales representative should know working at Best Buy. I hope to hear about from a higher up, and I will be filing a formal complaint for this action.
Don’t shop here and especially don’t expect nick the mod this evening to help you out. He literally doesn’t care. He even tried to keep a cable that was in the packaging so he could find an excuse for me not to be able to exchange. Very dissapointed in the choice that Best Buy makes to promote this person to a position of manager.

This is always a great store. The only problem with it is, you usually don't walk out of there for with anything cheap. Hahaha

Staff is not as attentive as expected for a BigBox Store with high ticket items. A bit judgemental on their view of customers. I noticed this for myself and other patrons in my presence. 50/50 on the % of quality experience. I was shopping home speakers in the price range of $25k to $35k and it wasn't the experience I could make the purchase and be excited about it.

Great place, excellent customer service and employees. Walked in to pick up a macbook I ordered, very quick and friendly process. While in the store I bought another t.v. with the help of a great employee. The employee recommended a tv in the size I was inquiring about and I bought it. Nice to have good knowledgeable employees. Thank you ..
