Apple keeps iMessage exclusive to Apple hardware. That decision blocks full integration with Windows PCs. There are no official developer hooks that allow third parties to sync full conversations, media, or proper group chats. So users get a watered down experiance. Android integration shows the technical side works. Apple just refuses to open it.

Avoid for meeting with (Amir) for your devices repair or replacement, he is an arrogant person and not helpful at all. He says things out of his own guts which i am 100% believe that Apple won’t say that to their customers. Amir! You said as long as the Ipad is bend we have to charge $99.99 and if it’s cracked or damaged it’s $29. He says that i am lucky that I’m paying only $99.99 for the product, are crazy Amir!!! I do have Apple care bro!!! I don’t have to pay in full, What’s that mean bro? Are you serious Amir?! And btw you treated me as a kid bro, which is totally unacceptable. I could do the same to you so.

genuinely some of the worst customer service. everyone is so entitled and snobby and doing anything here is like pulling teeth. it takes ages for someone to approach you, then you have to approach someone yourself and ask for help. Gave 2 stars because there was only one time where the customer service was great with Taylor. He’s amazing, and they tried to throw him under the bus after a conversation and it was SUCH a bad look on the staff and was so embarrassing to be involved. after that came back twice to back to back horrible service. didn’t end up buying anything. Being in this store is never fast, everything takes ages and they don’t tell you about different fees until youre well into your appointment. management and employees have horrible communication and tell you two different things. Going to the apple store is on par with buying a new car. it’s a nightmare and genuinely a form of mental torture.

Apple has worms after months of gaslighting. I finally got an honest guy. His name is Stephen. He said your iPhone 14 Pro is too old. It was never going to work with the iOS 26 not even if you take it back to factory reset which the glitches had forced me to wanna do so I bought a flash drive took her with me found out that was a lie too. Phone text will tell you they’re very sorry that they can’t help you. They’ve tried all they can. They’ll even switch you to someone more experienced. They’ll log onto your phone or your iPad with you remotely and then send you to the Apple Store which they have now taken away over half of Best Buy‘s geek squad privileges to work on Apple so if you live in Northern California and you don’t live in Roseville or you don’t live in Redding, you’re gonna have a long drive the reason why they’ve taken them away from geek squad is because they knew for a fact that the iOS 26 was for the iPhone 17 only some people have managed to get through and live with the glitches. I try to live with the glitches, but unfortunately, it was horrible. Yeah you get some sympathetic people on the phone. It really feel bad for you, but they’re still gonna send you the Apple Store you’re still gonna get gaslit and you’re not gonna get your glitches repaired. It can’t happen and they knew it the whole time I switched to Apple from Samsung because of the security I had had my identity stolen and Apple has a great reputation for their phones being secure, but that’s all I had to buy a new 17 Pro a new AirPods after five trips and numerous phone calls. They finally replaced my iPad but they tried not to it had a hardware issue and the battery wouldn’t hold a charge but when online tech-support at the store in Redding, according to Audrey he /she/they, send tech-support says my battery tested good and that he wasn’t gonna send it in. I drove back 170 miles in the storm to my home in paradise called Phone tech-support again he logged on he agreed yep you have a battery issue it’s a hardware issue, but you have to take to the Apple Store. I go back to the Apple Store and he tries to tell me no that the battery was fine. I said it’s not fine. It’s a hardware issue finally I got it replaced but of course you’ve gotta wait. Five days. That’s another 180 mile trip. I made a total of 12 of them the morning of the iOS 26 update I was thrilled when I looked at my phone said wow that’s super cool that didn’t last long. The glitches have been beyond reasonable calls dropping when you’ve been on the phone for three hours for a very important call that you have got to get through to and you finally get through and the call drops wasn’t a isolated in it. It was a regular situation. My iPhone 14. Pro became a piece of junk the moment they did the iOS 26 for the liquid glass they knew for a fact, it wasn’t gonna work but you know what happens when people get tired of calling and tired of going they buy a new phone, which is exactly what they’re planning on. I’ve spoken to more people than I should’ve about it and I’ve got numerous friends having the same issues with the 15 and the 16 the glitches are not going away people. I’m very sorry to say that I tried every which way and if you do the math at 12×180 miles that’s a lot of freaking gas. I’m a 65-year-old disabled woman with spine cancer and FMD. I’ve been going through major medical issues and I needed my phone and my iPad to work yeah like I should expect that right it’s not like I paid over a grand for my phone and a few hundred dollars for an iPad and a few hundred dollars for my AirPods when I reported that the Find My wasn’t working and I had to buy a second pair of AirPods and a third and a fourth I didn’t give a shit not their problem. Yeah they could see that it was glitching they could see that Find My wasn’t working they could see that it was saying I was someplace completely different than where I was and how the heck am I gonna find my devices if the Find My is not working where the screen is freezing where the calls are dropping. I have a 17 pro AirPod 3pro
