- MFMegan FurnissApr 4, 20265.0This place is next level. From the minute you walk in the door, every person you encounter is caring, professional, and on the same page with the rest of their team. My little dog went in so sick — for two days of inpatient care —and came out right as rain! The care team was easy to access, thoughtful, responsive to questions, and took very compassionate care of my little guy. I feel lucky to have this place close by.
- JBJoe BMar 12, 20261.0They are in dire need of 1) telephone/text automation and 2) a deposit process. I missed a confirmation call at 2:30pm for my appointment that I had scheduled a week prior. No text; just that voicemail. They had given the appointment away by 8:30am the next morning. The rationale was that they have a problem with “no shows” and need to be quick with releasing appointments. Rohnert Park Veterinary Clinic does not have this problem because they take a $50 deposit and were able to get me in the next day. I will be using them now to avoid having a last minute cancellation. You don’t get what you don’t pay for 🙈

Laurie was extremely cold and made me feel stupid because /she/ could not find /my/ account. I feel like when you are working with people and their animals, you should be kind and personable, especially when often times you will come in contact with people who are stressed out and/or grieving.
