  Dear Owner/Management, I have been a loyal customer at your location for over 10 years and have never had a negative experience until recently. I am writing to formally bring to your attention an issue involving a sales associate named Victor. During my recent visit, I upgraded two iPhone 17 Pro Max cases and exchanged a screen protector. I paid the total amount given to me at the counter and left the store. Two days later, I noticed a bubble on my screen protector and called the store to ask whether I should come in or wait for it to settle. Instead of addressing my question professionally, Victor immediately told me in an aggressive tone that I did not pay for the screen protector replacement and that I received it for free. I calmly explained multiple times that I paid the full amount requested before leaving the store. He then stated that he forgot to charge me $12.00 and asked me to return to pay for it. I had no issue paying the additional $12.00, as I understand mistakes can happen. However, the way he spoke to me was inappropriate and accusatory. When I returned to the store to resolve the matter and pay the amount he forgot to charge, he repeatedly told me, “I don’t want to talk to you, I’m going to fix your screen, take it and go.” I attempted to explain that the proper way to handle the situation would have been to politely inform me that an item was missed and ask if I could return to pay for it. Instead, he continued to blame me for intentionally not paying, despite the fact that there was no itemized receipt provided showing what was charged. I also requested to speak with the owner, and he responded that his brother is the owner and that I could “do whatever I want.” Unfortunately, the business card does not provide any contact information to reach ownership directly. After being a loyal customer for over a decade, I am extremely disappointed by this behavior. I hope this matter is taken seriously, as customer service and respectful communication are essential to maintaining long-term relationships with customers. I look forward to your response and a resolution to this issue.

  I am a returning customer. I am mostly in Orange County but would drive to the Riverside Tyler Zagg location. Berlin had helped multiple times and she is always professional and knowledgeable. She is meticulous when she cleans and change the screen and camera protector.

  I always have a great experience at ZAGG in the Tyler Galleria when replacing my cracked phone screen—the service is consistently swift and efficient. Today, I especially appreciated Victor’s helpful suggestion to upgrade to a stronger protective screen. Since I am always dropping my phone, his recommendation made sense, and I also liked that it blocks harmful rays. He was informative without being pushy, and I’m grateful for the excellent service.
