That is only way available to receive my money back 😩

Her modest Camry is older so we put a dash carpet on it and shrugged it off. Then the install didn’t last a month. We are not even past Christmas and her present already doesn’t work. She brought it in to get it looked as. They claim the $350 we spent on an installation is without warranty. We should have paid $65 extra for an extended warranty. So the work damaged her car, she has no stereo at all now, I’m out $860 and it’s not their problem. I’d prefer to get robbed at gun point. At least that thief has the integrity and honesty to admit they are robbing you!
