    DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!! Salesperson Tim, Manager Kameron, and regional manager Anthony are scamming cowards!! When my wife and I went in, they offered us an amazing deal, 5 lines for $50 under a business account! It took Tim FOUR (4) whole days to get all our numbers on the service, during that time none of our phones were working. On the 5th day, my wife wanted to port out our numbers and switch to another carrier. We received a bill estimate of almost FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS (~$375) when we were told the first bill would be around $200 and then monthly around $70 after taxes and fees. Tim told us Verizon had a 30-day guarantee, where if we did not like the service we could port out at absolutely NO cost. This was Tim’s first lie! Tim convinced us to keep our service for at least two more weeks, as the bill estimate would adjust down to what they (salesperson Tim and his Manager Kameron) promised. It never did! Before and after porting out, we confirmed with Tim that we would not be charged, but then we got a bill for $85 (MORE THAN A MONTHS WORTH OF SERVICE) after being falsely convinced to stay with their service!! After WEEKS of back and forth (all documented), being ignored by Tim, Kameron, and their regional manager Anthony, I finally paid the outrageous bill. It’s not a lot of money, but it’s the principle. They told us and promised us one thing, and never delivered! SCAMMERS!! They said whatever they could to get the business and when we needed help solving this, they passed us around and stopped responding. We could see that our messages were being read, but no response. Please do not do business with them unless you want your bill to fluctuate and not be what they promised. They’re a joke, beware!

    GARBAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT TOOK THE LADY AT LEAST 15 MINS JUST TO ACKNOWLEDGE OUR PRESENCE. THEY NEVER PICK UP THEIR PHONES. I THINK CORPORATE NEEDS TO PAY THEM A VISIT.

    Only went in to check about an upgrade and to get information. But Kameron was awesome! So helpful and knowledgeable, I ended up coming out with an upgrade and fixing my plans. Thanks Kameron i appreciate the help!!

    Kameron was awesome to work with. He was patient and answered in detail all the questions we had regarding our bill and our new phones. We will definitely be back to deal with the team that is working in the Riverbank store. Thank you again for great customer service and your time you spent with us.
