I upgraded 2 devices recently, once on the app, second time over the phone via customer service and today I went to this brick and mortar to see how the experience would compare.
This interaction paled in contrast to the other two. Compared to the previous times I purchased online and over the phone where push notifications were the only thing needed to access my account, after Jason sent me the push notification and me allowing access and showing my digital DMV wallet a supervisor at this location demanded a physical ID which I left in the car. So I left and in the time it took me to drive home from this location I was able to order the device upgrade online via Verizon’s chat bot.

I switched over to Verizon in August. Big mistake. I continue to have issues. The latest issue is they cannot locate the watch I traded in and are charging me 59 extra per month. I was told they would take care of this. It’s been almost 3 weeks and I have received no communication back after several messages left. The customer service follow through and accuracy of what they say and actually do is not good. To continue to ignore a customer after I see the text was read on their phone is unprofessional and just rude. My issue is still not resolved.

My Service is not the best. As my phone tends to be on 4g more often then it should be and I have the best plan. My experience with customer service is the worst and it's only been 4months and 3 defective phone. I would recommend a different route.

I visited this store as directed by a Verizon customer service representative to retrieve some paperwork. Upon my arrival, I encountered Krystal, the manager, and Abel, who exhibited a concerning lack of cooperation and professionalism. This experience was far below the standards I expect, and it's clear these employees are not suited for the customer service industry. I have already filed a formal complaint with Verizon, and after two weeks, I am still awaiting a resolution. This level of service is completely unacceptable for a company that prides itself on being the best in customer satisfaction.

I’m a repair technician with Asurion and I had a scheduled appointment for one of the suites at this address, I went up to the Verizon store at around 9:30am to simply ask if the repair was for one of the workers there at the store. The workers would not open the door to let me simply ask if the repair was scheduled for there, I could barely hear them through the glass door and they said they couldn’t walk out and walk back in due to “policy”. Very unprofessional and ridiculous as I’m a repair technician associated with their company, NOT a customer.
