His visual voicemail app hasn’t worked on the new phone since he bought it. We called technical support, and he even came into this store for help.. we kept getting told it should be fixed in 24-48 hours.. Well a week later and it’s still not fixed. I call technical support this morning and they say it has to be the firmware on the phone, and that I could either have a new phone mailed to me, or physically go into the Verizon store and get a new phone. I come to the Verizon store and the lady who I assume was the manger tells me that they can’t do that until he returns the phone he has. I tried to explain that the man I spoke to this morning said he could’ve mailed one, and we had 30 days to bring the other one in and she refused.. I told her that we might have to switch carriers with the way this has gone and all she had to say was “that’s on you” very disappointed in the customer service at this location. All they care about is sales, not providing a solution to problems for their current customers.
