REGINA is the most unprofessional condescending and ignorant person ever! Front desk or back desk she is AWFUL! She should not be allowed to work anywhere with her inability to comprehend common sense! She is RUDE and cannot shut up long enough to even hear the issue at hand!

Insane wait times for lack luster care even with an appointment set and then you get to pay hundreds of dollars for nothing - only go here if you really have no where else to go

We've had decent visits...and not so decent visits. Recently brought our little calico in,she acted like her throat was bothering her, had a fever, was coughing weird. She growled at the vet so all the vet did was tell us xrays were $700+ but she didn't think it was necessary yet. Given antibiotics and sent home. They didn't even LOOK at her throat. I was on the verge of passing out, or I'd have tried to reason with the vet more. We had to wait outside in the car over an hour in case our cat was contagious. Over the weekend she got worse, couldn't get the antibiotics in her mouth, she was too miserable. Took her elsewhere and found out through TESTS that she was choking on blood clots from a injury that wasn't healing. Never goes outside. We had to put her down.

My sweet Umi suffered a tracheal tear from a dental surgery she had. It was a complete accident but I noticed severe subcutaneous emphysema and needed her to be seen. It was during a weekend and Asher was the only emergency pet hospital open in the area. She stayed with them for multiple days and took such incredible care of her. They gave me detailed updates, showed genuine care and every time I called to check on her they would tell me of all the love they were giving her. I was terrified that Umi would be scared or think I abandoned having her stay for multiple days but with all the affection the staff at Asher gave her I think it ended up being a sort of vacation for Umi. Her condition improved enough for Umi to come home, gave me thorough instructions on how to continue her care at home and a few days later they texted me to see how she was doing. Umi is slowly recovering positively (tracheal tears take a bit to heal) but with happiness and comfort that I definitely think Asher hugely contributed to. Thank you to Dr. Osgood for the amazing prevention care and shoutout to Cheyenne for loving on my Umi.

I ended up going to this vet on 1/28 this month. I came in with my tea cup chihuahua who is 10 years old she was clearly sick and I am not used to taking pets into the vet, this was my dads dog so my childhood pet. I expressed my concerns and asked specifically the severity of her condition and was told that there are multiple reasons why she wouldn't not be eating and wanting to drink water as well as puking but I would pretty much have to go through every test they have. I am a 22 year old who doesn't have hundreds of dollars to spend, so it was made a point that he doesn't think she's in horrible health, just a diet change the vet said. To me and my family's surprise our childhood pet was gone only hours after leaving the vet. Not to mention the unprofessionalism, what vet or doctor sits on the floor of the room to discuss your dogs options and health. I pretty much paid 116$ to get told to feed my sick and dying dog chicken and rice and some flea medicine. Absolutely ridiculous and honestly feels like I got scammed. Do not trust this vet.
