They scam you, paid for a phone in full and stated we didn’t want to change our plan. They still changed our plan. We paid our phone in full and it’s still saying we own them money. Save yourself and go to the Verizon on Hiltop. They could also smile a bit more you almost see like a bother going in.

I just switched my service to Verizon from tmobile. I initially you did my order and sign up online. However, after that turned into a total convoluted nightmare.I figured it would be better to go into a physical location. That is when I found myself going to the verizon store on cypress Ave. Which by the way is not a corporate verizon store and is an authorized reseller. I did not know this and even if I did, I would not have assumed that it would be an issue. However, after going in, I felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman. Rather than somebody who is going to help me with issues on that account. When I had signed up online, there was an issue transferring. I assume to an old device from our old carrier. So as a workaround, they opened a third line saying that it would only be temporary when I went into the store to have this resolved. I was told that that line was removed and that I would be refunded and was even talked into Opening another line in replacement of the line that was supposed to be closed and receiving a free phone. All the associate did was sell me a phone and a new plan did not get rid of the old line. I did not refund. Anything was not able to port over my old number. And when customer service called to try to sort out the third line, he hung up on them, saying that we had it all taken care of I. Left the store with instructions to call a number to get my number. Ported over but when I tried to do this, my temporary number was taken off the phone and they could not port over my original number. So now I have a phone with no service. A huge bill for services that I don't want. And am not using and have to go to a corporate store to hopefully get it sorted out. I'm hoping that my experience at the corporate store will be better. I'm one more bad experience away from canceling my service and going back to T-Mobile. I thought that team mobile was horrible, but after this experience with Verizon, and they're nationwide outage, 2 days after switching, I don't have much confidence in them. I would highly recommend to anybody who needs It means help from Verizon, or is considering switching to them. Do not border services online and do not go to the store on cypress Avenue. They are not even Verizon employees. They have no stake in the company. And do not care about customers, experience or trust sales are their only concern. They even know. Try to sell you products and start opening the packaging before you agree. And then speak to you condescendingly, when you decline to have those services or accessories.
