I usually would have gone with him but I was not feeling well that day. When my father returned home I was shocked to see a box full of items that the sales person named Sam talked him into buying. My father was told that he needed these items which was entirely not true. I immediately told my father to return the entire box. There was also over a $300.00 charge on my father's credit card from this store. When my father returned the box Sam would not help him. If I had been there I guarantee that Sam would have never gotten away with what he did. I feel he is completely guilty of elderly abuse. The manager finally stepped in and returned the items. After this event I took both of our iPhones and returned them to a different Version store. We now have T-Mobile and new phones and are very happy. I completely understand why this store has such a low review rating

Don't lead people on and then when they get there you waste their time their family's time just have the end result of you can't help us. In short-terms they overpromise management over promises and then they underperform.
