The people we have interacted with are always gentle and caring with us and with our fur babies! Dr. Joe is great, so many of the front desk staff as well. It's not cheap, but when we have to go we always feel like our pets are taken care of and really that's what's important.

The entire team at VCA Asher Animal Hospital was absolutely incredible when caring for our sweet boy, Arnold. From the moment we arrived, Kat and Joni greeted us with a big hello and made sure we were helped. Regina was so attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our pet insurance paperwork was filled out correctly — a huge relief during an emotional time. Dr. Correia, Bonni, Amy, Melissa, and the rest of the team were knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly empathetic throughout Arnold’s procedure. They made sure everything went smoothly and even took the time to give him plenty of snuggles and belly rubs. Loading a 105 pound "puppy" along with two young children is a little overwhelming. Huge shout out to Christine for helping me with that. It’s clear this team not only knows their stuff but genuinely cares about the pets and families who walk through their doors. We’re so thankful for the amazing care Arnold received🐾

My female Siamese cat has been gone for two nights . When she returned home Sunday morning she had a prolapsed uterus. I rushed her into Asher VCA. They performed a simple blood test to check her white blood cells count them quoted me a price of $6500 for surgery not even being able to assure me she would live. It was an extremely painful thing to do but I had to put her down. Literally for one blood test and an injection for euthanasia I was charged almost $700. There is not a single nice thing I can say about this place. They gave me a crappy $2 angel kittie charm and a biodegradable bag to bury my baby in. I will think about this horrible experience for the next four months as I pay off their ridiculous bill for a "caring" clinic that couldn't even clean my poor cat up before I took her home for burial. I would never suggest this place to anyone, ever. Money hungry is all they are.
