  Tylor at Interstate Batteries delivered super amazing service with a great attitude and a very professional approach. Store was clean well organized and they had exactly what I needed which always makes things easier. He was already helping someone on a larger project and still asked if he could take a minute to help me even though my issue was smaller. That really stood out and showed real leadership and respect for every customer. Top notch experience all around and I would gladly come back again.

  I don’t recommend them if you don’t want them to blow your fuses then leave you with a dead bike. My partner took our R1 there when the battery that we had bought around 8 months ago from them stopped working leaving him stranded a block away. He pushed the bike there and bought a new battery, the attendant hooked it in and almost caused the bike to combust due to placing the positive and negatives backwards. The attendant then tried to make it right by putting a new battery in by the manager said they don’t do that and they left my partner there in the parking lot with a bike that no longer even turned on. They had blown several fuses with their carelessness and left him to deal with the consequences of their actions. Luckily the Lees Honda next door people came over to try to help and were able to help him diagnose the blown fuses, they also stayed with him until we got everything sorted. Hours later and several auto parts store stops, we got some of the fuses but one was still wrong, but close enough to get us home. No one has reached out to make it right by us and I’m disappointed with this level of care. $328 later on a battery only to have to spend $50 more in fuses to fix what they damaged. I’ll never get a battery here again and I urge you to not allow them to touch your vehicle. Thank you for reading and have a lovely day

  Ladies, this business is not just for trucks and auto shops! If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would! I’ve purchased a battery for my car at Interstate on Larkspur a few years ago and their customer services was great. So today, I went back with our ’46 Willys and because of Bill’s ingenuity and willingness to go the extra mile and come up with an install solution, I was able to leave there with a new battery-perfectly installed! Thank you for being the kind of business that actually cares about quality and customer service! I highly recommend this business to anyone needing a battery. I will never go anywhere else! Thanks again!
