I went in for multiple scheduled appointments and each time their tech needed a break, they couldn’t guarantee service times or wanted me to wait an hour or more before they could help and recommended making another appointment. Geek Squad in Redding needs to clean house.

I was told on their chat since I don’t have an email address for my account there they can’t tell me anything about my replacement from Allstate. I told them that I have no account with Best Buy, that it is a replacement and of course, this goes off their script and they don’t get what I’m talking about. So, now I got to drive an hour to the store to see what happened with my tv that I was to receive today. I even have a Best Buy order number, yet they won’t tell me anything. Last year will be the last year that I do my Christmas shopping through Best Buy. This has been a horrible 2 day ordeal that shouldn’t have been this way.
