I went in for multiple scheduled appointments and each time their tech needed a break, they couldn’t guarantee service times or wanted me to wait an hour or more before they could help and recommended making another appointment. Geek Squad in Redding needs to clean house.

The answering messages are the worst of any site I've experienced. There is no receptionist, no operator, so no way for me to let them know that I am not coming in to the store.
