  I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to VCA of Rancho Mirage, especially to Dr. Reed and Mia. I'm forever grateful for the exceptional care my English Labrador, Monte, received over the years. Monte had terrible separation anxiety, but every time we walked in, she was greeted by name with hugs and treats. She was always genuinely comfortable there. They provided excellent post- surgery care, consistently checking in on us and staying on top of her medications. When the time came to put Monte down due to old age, the staff was right there by my side. I can't thank them enough. A special thank you to Mia, Monte's favorite person. Mia is outstanding-she is patient, kind, and truly cares. I couldn't have gotten through that day without her. She provides five-star service with so much heart. VCA, whatever you're paying her, it isn't enough! For anyone looking for a compassionate and honest vet, they are the absolute best. Thank you Sarah

  Dr. Reed and the entire staff from front desk to every tech, have undeniably given the best care we have ever experienced in Southern California. Being from San Diego coast, and having an elder pet (16) and a (6) yr old Covid rescue who is not sociable and protective, to an attack by a much older dog…we could not have asked for better care and guidance. The timely manner of appointments in need and scheduled visits has never been a problem. The amount of time and gentleness Dr Reed has given our babies does not go unnoticed. We are incredibly grateful and HIGHLY RECOMMEND VCA Rancho Mirage! As do Molly and Henry! 🐕🐕

  Rare these days to get Super-Star A+ Customer Service anywhere, so when it happens, ya' gotta shout it out. My pets are long-time patients of VCA Animal Hospital Rancho Mirage Animal Hospital. I keep my chronically impaired-from-birth rescued feral kitty Bluto in good shape for years with his favorite Royal Canin Selected Protein food, which I always buy from your hospital. Well, I recently ran short as I'd been unwell myself. So, I called and spoke to VCA Animal Attendant Bianca about pet food delivery programs...the weekend was near, I'd been sick, I said...she was so kind, a goof listener. She'd check and call back. While no formal program, she said, her manager approved of her bringing the food to my place on her way home from work. "No problem for me," she assured. "Happy to do it..." Bianca was caring about me and Bluto, and man, that moved me to tears! Flummoxed with gratitude: "OMG, it's hot as Hell outside, you work hard, but I don't, I told her. No way would I make her do that and realizing I'd probably feel better in the morning, I'd be there at 8 am and that's what happened. Meanwhile that night, I contemplated Bianca's exceptionalism. Was blown away by her above-and-beyond attitude, a willingness to do what was needed and that's what we call Walking the Talk. But i was also not surprised. My pets get first-rate, top-down treatment and care at VCA Rancho Mirage animal hospital under the professional direction of Dr. Robert Reed. That's why I'd never go elsewhere.
