    (Honest review) I’ve seen quite a few negative reviews, but it’s important to note that this is a district, operated store, not a third party reseller. So they habe connection to the actual version company which already makes this a better spot to come to. While I’m generally cautious about spending money, and some associates may try to upsell when you walk in, my overall experiences here have been mostly positive. I’ve dealt with knowledgeable, respectful representatives, and when I’m clear about what I want and willing to advocate for myself, I’ve consistently been able to reach arrangements that work for me. If you're relying on your representative to have your best interest, keep in mind, they will work with you But will try to sell you stuff, If you want a good experience, you have to advocate for yourself. The people here are great, friendly, but it is a business so be prepared to have someone try to sell you stuff you dont need, haha. Also I appreciate how clean and organized it is.

    Bad costumer service horrible service… I walked out after 45 min and 3 employees just walking around .. I complained to one employee and instead of apologizing for the long waiting I received a bunch of excuses

    So far I’ve been here for 45min my iPhone died I want to know if they have one on stock for replace because is only 3 weeks old.. but I’m here waiting… two people from Costumer service just hanging around … an employee spended 15 min talking to the guy who ask you “how may I help”. Later she grabbed some phones, walked back to main entrance but she forgot something walked back to back area.. she’s just walking around the store doing nothing

    The great experience I had in store was ruined when I received the monthly bill. Recently purchased a new phone and wifi , but employee at store did not notify me that my monthly cell phone plan would DOUBLE and the wifi promo is not applied to my account. Not only has my monthly cell phone plan doubled, the wifi monthly charge is also DOUBLE the promo price I was promised. I called support and they claim they are unable to help. I am so disappointed with Verizon. I have never had an experience like this. I am not sure if the employee set it up incorrectly, wasn't trained properly, or what the issue is. I hope someone at the store can help.
