The bill is coming very high, and when I went to them to get the billing corrected, they made me come back again and again for 5–6 days and didn’t listen to me. The whole staff is very rude.
- SSsanad salamehOct 10, 20251.0Extremely disappointed with my experience at this Verizon store. I came in a little after 7 PM needing help activating my new iPhone (purchased from Apple). Instead of assisting, the employees pointed me to a store phone to call customer service even though three of them were just sitting around. After 20 minutes on hold, I found out online that customer support closes at 7 PM. Not one employee mentioned this. When I asked for help again, they refused, falsely claiming I wasn't authorized to transfer my number to my new phone, despite my name being on the account and having my ID. I asked for the manager, who came out visibly annoyed and repeated the same excuse without offering any solution or alternative. To make matters worse, the employees claimed there was a waitlist, even though no one was waiting. Another customer who walked in at the same time was helped immediately, while I was left to assist myself. Whatever standard they’re operating under, it clearly doesn’t include fairness or professionalism.

I would have rated them lower than one star if possible. I had the worst experience with this office from the start and now my trade in phones gone I am stuck paying high cost for 3 years. My experience now is that always buy service from third parties because they offer lower prices for the same service.
