Recently purchased a new phone and wifi , but employee at store did not notify me that my monthly cell phone plan would DOUBLE and the wifi promo is not applied to my account. Not only has my monthly cell phone plan doubled, the wifi monthly charge is also DOUBLE the promo price I was promised. I called support and they claim they are unable to help. I am so disappointed with Verizon. I have never had an experience like this. I am not sure if the employee set it up incorrectly, wasn't trained properly, or what the issue is. I hope someone at the store can help.

Was told sure no problem. 20 minutes later they said they couldn’t do it and to call corporate… so we walked out… went over to the other Verizon location here in rancho. They where able to activate offer and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. This location is a bunch of lies, don’t trust…just go over to the Verizon here in rancho by Michael’s..

The bill is coming very high, and when I went to them to get the billing corrected, they made me come back again and again for 5–6 days and didn’t listen to me. The whole staff is very rude.
