    i wish i could give zero. this store always gives me trouble. save yourself the headache and go to a different location. they also treat you rude if they don’t know what they’re doing. make sure you have ALL RECEIPTS and ALL EMAILS with you as confirmation. they will try to change prices on you. GOOD LUCK if you’re doing a trade in. 6 people had to help with mine. one kid tried hassling me for my charger for an ipad trade in (not needed when doing trade in estimate online) and tried changing the price on me for the trade in value before i SHOWED him the trade in value that was given to me, and then he put the ipad in the computer in which he was wrong and didn’t even apologize for getting that wrong and hassling me. one person was somewhat nice (think it was the manager?) about the trade in AFTER i reciprocated the same energy they were all giving me, especially this one lady with a short haircut and started sighing so angrily because she was the only one who knew how to do the trade in and didn’t want to be bothered, so i offered to go to a different location to get this done because they were all so rude to me. i didn’t get one apology throughout the whole process and then they started stressing that i would go somewhere else and the dude locked in and got it done. even if it was a hard transaction to do, or they don’t know how to do it, maybe allow me to go somewhere else to get it done and with people who would probably treat me nicer and be more polite. i never make reviews, especially bad ones, because i understand customer service is hard. but when im being nice and trying to be understanding and almost every employee was rude to me, i have to say something. overall 0/10 experience except the one nice girl who complimented my hair.

    Best buy stores are always cool. But this particular location had some rude employees and no one bothered to ask if i needed help. Which I did. But Ended up leaving and ordered what I needed on Amazon.

    I’ve been struggling with my PC for almost a year, convinced it was done for after getting a constant blue screen. I finally brought it to the Geek Squad, and I’m so glad I did! They performed a reset that brought it back to life, and I was thrilled to have it working again. The next day, I noticed it wouldn’t connect to Wi-Fi, so I brought it back in. They were once again incredibly helpful, patient, kind, and knowledgeable. After keeping it overnight for further testing, they recommended I purchase a Wi-Fi adapter. I ended up getting the ASUS AX1800, and it works perfectly! The team saved me from having to buy a whole new PC and delivered top-tier customer service every step of the way. They clearly take their work seriously and know exactly what they’re doing. This is hands down my favorite Best Buy location, I’ll definitely be back for any future tech help. Thank you, Geek Squad!
