  I was at store recently, with appointment, buying a new dryer. the vendor wasn’t nice with me, un patient, and he was rushing me to make a decision. Nicholas vendor is his name.

  Acer - Aspire Desktop- Intel Celeron N4505 - I can’t believe they even sell a computer this slow at BestBuy, much less charge for it. Even if it was a free, I still don’t think I could recommend it. I purchased this for my father who is 70+ years old and even he was annoyed at how slow it was. He said that his 10 year old computer that I replaced this with was faster. I contacted BestBuy shortly after the 2 week return window closed and was told that I could trade it in but the value was only $50. I asked for a recommendation to buy more RAM and Crucial 8GB was recommended. I purchased the 8GB from an online competitor (Amazon) which was less than half the cost at BestBuy only to discover that this computer has two slots of 4GB of RAM so I have to replace both of the 4GB to get the maximum 16GB that it allows, which costs almost as much as the price of the original computer. This computer was a complete waste of time and money. Save yourself and buy something better. I see now they’ve even hiked the price on this dump by more than $100 in less than 2 months.

  So I went in to buy a digital notepad and unfortunately their displays of the brand I was considering were broken. I asked to alert a manager about it, but apparently it's more of a corporate issue. A very nice salesperson named Michael spent a LOT of time walking me through the different tablet options, from notepads to ebooks to regular full service tablets, talking me through all the options with patience and great information. I finally settled on what I came in for, on the promise that I had two weeks to return it if it wasn't damaged. I'm incredibly happy with the service I received, and Michael promised to alert the store about the display issue.
