We did appreciate that he got in and out of there in 15 minutes, but they still asked them for ID even though he’s only 13 years old and he has his own debit card that was kind of an inconvenience so we ended up having to add dad and do all kinds of maneuvers. I wish stores would modernize and understand that kids are now able to purchase their own stuff and should just be able to give an email or a confirmation number instead of going through so many hoops, but at least it was a quick experience.

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The representative who was assigned to help me explained the steps very quickly and then walked away, leaving me to work on the phone by myself. I had no prior knowledge of how to begin the setup process and felt confused and unsupported. The instructions were given in a way that was difficult for me to understand, and when I needed clarification, the interaction felt rushed and unkind. I eventually had to ask other Apple representatives for help, who were more willing to assist. I believe customer service should be patient and supportive, especially when helping customers who may not be familiar with the setup process. I hope the store can improve consistency in customer service, as this experience did not reflect the level of care I expect from Apple.
