  Alex R was very rude unhelpful and displayed terrible customer service. He should fine another line of work. I asked to speak to a manager and he ignored me. Failed to give me manager’s name and walked away. I finally spoke to Mo which in turn was very polite and displayed great customer service skills offered me to have a seat at the customer couches and turned it all around. He actually did introduce me to the manager that also displayed patience and understanding and both Mo and Zo were very attentive and kept coming to see how my update were going. The one star is for Alex R. Not for Mo and Zo. If you go to this location don’t even waste your time speaking to Alex R. I forgot to mention that Brian was also very helpful and attentive he even helped me a little while after he had already clocked out for the day!!!

  Very spacious store & have a very selective selection of colors for the iPhone 17 in stores. Employees helpful & respectful. The Apple Store delivers an elevated retail experience defined by clean design, meticulous organization, and a consistent sense of modern luxury. The store’s layout encourages hands-on exploration, allowing customers to interact freely with the newest iPhones, iPads, Macs, and accessories. Staff members are attentive, knowledgeable, and well-trained, creating a smooth and informative experience for guests at every level of familiarity with Apple products. The architectural design highlighted by soft lighting, expansive glass panels, and warm wooden displays creates a harmonious balance between technology and comfort.

  I would give it minus stars if I could. Please see Yelp review. It is too painful to relate again all the ways they were incompetent and refused to listen and really abused me as a customer. Since I wrote this they have been even more horrible. They failed to do a data migration, then when I finally got thru to someone after a first email to contact them, sent me another telling me to pick up my old computer by a date I had told them multiple times was one I would be out of the country. I did try to call them about the pick up date ad they requested. On hold 6 minutes before being cut off, after going thru their prompts to say I was returning an email about a repair. Rang and rang. Called back, rang and rang for 12 minutes before being disconnected. Called back and rang and rang internally before I hung up. Then called Apple customer service, which could not get thru to them either. The worst customer service I have ever encountered.

  Rodrigo was legendary , complex and hard to understand set up for iPad Pro 11 “Made Easy “. Thank you . I tried to set up everything and I messed it up because I forgot my password, lost my iPhone 6 , forgot all my password . I just can’t remember … he synch my phone and my iPad Pro 11 and I remember “ all my password “ thank u !!!!

  I’m usually not one to comment on huge companies as they’re always going to have cons. But apple needs to do better. I recently went in with my friend. And as much as I hate to bring race into this, my friend is African American. I went into the store to ask about fixing an apple item I have. Upon walking into the store we weren’t greeted. If anything the customer service lacked heavily. We proceeded to walk up to an employee and the first thing I noticed was the employee noticing us walking towards him, and immediately speed walking in the other direction. While that threw me off I assumed it was no hard feelings. I continued to walk near the area he went too and said “hey I was wondering if you could help me with an item I have” he looked at me with a blank face and said “no but I can get someone to help you” extreme attitude. I then said okay thank you” as he walked away we heard him and another female worker making monkey noises. We tried to brush it off ONCE AGAIN. After waiting around 10 mins we asked the same guy “hey is there someone coming to look at the item I have?” He then said “oh sorry, we actually can’t help you guys” and the same female employee that was making noises earlier had walked by laughing once he said that. We immediately felt embarrassed and knew we weren’t welcome. I asked him for his name before I left, (says his name was Jayden? Seemed hesitant tho so unsure if that’s really his name)As much as we’d like to think it isn’t about race it’s hard to believe so considering the treatment and noises made. Please do better apple and fix this problem amongst your employees as this is sad.
