Apple Store Victoria Garden this plaza is pretty big and very nice. It has a Large variety of stores to shop at or if you get hungry after all the shopping, there is decent restaurants within the plaza. I recommend this place.

The employees are coached to not help. They place blame and refuse to assist. Buy another product elsewhere. Nobody here cares about your purchase. They want your money and that's it.

Very disappointing experience. I waited way too long, and the staff clearly didn’t care. This is not the level of service I expected from Apple.

DISHONEST GASLIGHTING MANIPULATING STAFF. Sad. Very much like some shady used care salesmen. Supervisor CHRISTINA was not helpful at all and very rude as well. Went in recently to get a camera lens replaced on my iPhone because it was no longer working. They said it would be $199 and could be done onsite in an hour or so...I said no problem, let's do it. They then talked me into also replacing my battery because they said it had begun deteriorating. My battery was not an issue for me but fine, just $90 let's throw that in just so I don't have to worry about it for a couple more years. All good. So I'm waiting for them to schedule me for both repairs and one of them said can I take a look at your phone again? Sure. She visually scans my phone front to back and tells me because of the tiniest little chip in the corner of my phone (I mean seriously tiny like almost microscopic), they said they can't repair my phone unless they also replace my entire screen now because that nearly microscopic chip (not a crack at all) at the very corner edge of my phone WILL CRACK when they open up my phone. RIDICULOUS! I've worked on iPhones many times myself and I can guarantee that tiny chip will not crack. I said if it does crack, I'm happy to pay for a new screen but I'm not willing to pay if my screen does not crack. They still insisted it would crack without a doubt and I needed to cough up an additional $279 for the screen replacement in addition to the existing bill of $290. They must have a very violent tool they use to open these apparently. No matter how hard I tried, my brain literally could not imagine a scenario where that perfectly fine screen would actually crack. I asked so you're not willing fix my camera lens unless I replace the screen also? They said that's correct. So they basically want me to spend $570 total now to have just one of my 3 lenses fixed, or $480 if I skipped the battery. I could see what they're trying to do...they want to "upsell" me to get the price of repairing my old iPhone so high that the logical conclusion is to simply "upgrade" to a new iPhone for a few hundred more. They had already mentioned upgrading at least a couple times. Very salesy of them. I'm thinking these people have lost their minds. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager. They found the supervisor/manager named Christina, and had a secret conversation with her for about 5 minutes while I stood there watching from 10 feet away. Why so secretive?? If everything was on the up and up, couldn't they have included me in the conversation, especially since the conversation was obviously about me and my device? Fine, I'll give Christina a chance to demonstrate some decent customer service and hopefully some logical reasoning. Nope! Right away she shut me down with the same response but she said it "might" crack so they have to charge me for the screen. I said well if it cracks I don't mind paying at all, but what if it doesn't crack? She reassured me that the machine they use would so violently open my phone up that it was extremely likely to crack. I said ok in that case if it does crack, would you be able to provide me with the cracked screen as evidence so I'll know that it truly cracked and we didn't just replace a good screen? She said no, we don't provide customers the replaced components. Give me a break! This lady really insults my intelligence with this response. What a gaslighting joke!! Really sad to see what Apple has become. I used to think so highly of them and now they're acting like a bunch of shady used care salesmen. I was not only frustrated with the obvious gaslighting from Christina and her minions, but was also literally embarrassed for them and how bad this was. Really sad that they're required to do this as their job/career and potentially that Apple is forcing their employees to lie so terribly to customers. They absolutely knew that I knew they were bold face lying to me but they would not give it up. Really just sad. Taking my business elsewhere for now.

Wow, what a nice experience at this store. Quite busy for a Monday morning but plenty of staff to get things done. Staff there were friendly and helpful. Worked with Jonathan to resolve a screen issue on my phone. He took care of me no questions asked under the warranty. Thanks and great job guys!!!
