Never will go back here again we called them and told them our dog just had a seizure and she needs to get looked at they just said oh sorry take her to emergency or just watch her and we have an appointment on Monday like really so we went to a different place never will go back they don’t care!. We found another place and take her in right away!. So if your dog is sick and needs to get looked at good luck on this place they will make u wait or say take them to emergency!. What a waste of time!.

I feel wronged by this business, and want others to know.
These people guess at what is wrong with your animals!
I will NEVER go back here.
If I could rate zero stars, I would.
I took my 6 weeks old puppy in here because he had worms.
I paid for the fecal test to be done and dewormer.
A week later he still had worms, so I call them up.
On the phone with the first receptionist, who had trouble finding my paperwork.
Waited 10 mins on hold to be transferred to the second receptionist, who I had to explain all over again that I was calling to find out the results of his test.
Put me on hold again, to talk to someone else (She never confirmed if she was the vet or vet tech). She started to describe various worms and ask me questions and read back what the chart said.
They said I told them the worms were 1 inch long. Wrong!
I had said they looked like grains of rice with an arrow shaped head.
I cut her off and asked what the fecal test said; she said they didn't see ANYTHING!
Then continues to inform me that puppies less than 6 weeks old don't get treatment for tapeworm. I deduced that he therefore must have tapeworm.
I asked her why did they treat him if nothing showed on the test; she basically said they assumed that the treatment would get rid of the worms.
They didn't not inform me that it wouldn't work for tapeworm when I was there initially.
If I had known nothing showed on the test, I wouldn't have had them give him a dewormer.
I wish I would have just gone to Petsmart and bought the otc in the first place.
I did buy the otc and treated him myself.
Puppy is now worm free, no thanks to these guys.
