  Samuel a été impeccable. Je suis arrivée avec un gros problème et des demandes compliquées et il a eu la patience de tout faire et tout m’expliquer très bien, même ce qu’il n’avait jamais fait. Après 34 autres expériences vraiment mauvaises chez best buy, Samuel m’a un peu réconcilié avec la marque ;)

  On June 20, 2026, I visited the Best Buy store in San Bruno. I was assisted by a manager named "Momo," and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I came to the store simply to ask for information regarding a purchase I had made at that location. I was not upset or confrontational; I was only looking for answers. However, the manager treated me in a dismissive and disrespectful manner, raised his voice at me, and did not offer any solution. His only response was that I needed to wait until I received information by email. I understand that some processes may take time, but customers deserve to be treated with respect and empathy. The way I was treated was unprofessional and far below the level of customer service I expected from Best Buy. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this location to anyone seeking assistance or information about their purchases.
