J'ai cherché un de vos collaborateurs Ce que je n'ai pas apprécié, c'est de voir 4 a 5 employés qui discutent entre eux, qui me voient chercher, mais ne font rien. J'ai compris que se n'était pas leurs département. Lorsque quelqu'un, qui servait un autre client, est passé a côté ce moi, il a contacté le responsable de ce département. Celui-ci est arrivé très rapidement. Ce jeune homme très accueillant, souriant, professionnel a répondu a ma question. Et je me suis dirigé vers votre Best Buy Express ou j'ai reçu un accueil des plus chaleureux et professionnel .
