On nous offre de nous la remplacer, mais nous devons attendre pratiquement 2 semaines de plus, tout ça à cause de LEUR erreur. 2 semaine sans machine à laver, c'est extrêmement long. Je m'attends à un meilleur service, surtout considérant que la facture est de plus de 2000$. Plus jamais.
