  Can't buy! Seriously? Terrible customer service. Their computers where not allowing purchases. So, I wasted one hour with a "sales rep" that didn't know his products. I had to look online to know the info about it. Then, the cashier couldn't process the transaction. The sales manager told me he would call me back the next day, give me a discount for my trouble when the computers were back up and I would be able to buy the item. He never called back, of course, and no one answers at the store. Buy on Amazon, don't waste your time.

  Worst return policy. Buy from anywhere else. Online purchase can only be returned in-store and i am nearly two hours from a best buy. No exception to the 30-day policy, no help in store.

  Everytime I go there to pick up electronics the customer service push too much to sell bestbuy membership or coverage and someone recently did misinformation to force me to buy the membership telling that the pc has no windows installed and with membership they will do it for free, please guys take it easy if the customers say no respect his decision and let him go peacefully

  Very disappointing experience with a Best Buy sales representative named Tung. He convinced me to switch from Fido to Rogers, but the plan he sold me was nothing like what he promised. When I returned to question the discrepancies on my plan, he outright denied everything he had told me and was dismissive, even implying I was mistaken. What made it worse, he said something like, “Do you know how many people come here and claim we told them things?”—an unprofessional and dismissive attitude. It’s clear he relies on confusing customers who don’t insist on getting everything in writing. This behavior is misleading and unprofessional. I strongly advise anyone dealing with him to be extremely cautious and always get a printed contract.
