Alex helped my girlfriend and I buy our new phones today. She was very helpful, patient and well spoken. Great experience at the Apple Store today!

I cannot tell you how great Nabil was - he took SO MUCH time for my 83 year old, half blind mother. Knowledgeable and helpful, but also kind and very funny. His supervisor (forgot the name) was also extremely kind and funny and got her a chair to sit on. The very best customer experience I have had in years.
I'm trying to buy a new laptop for myself. There are three options: the newly released MacBook Neo, the good old MacBook Air, and the premium MacBook Pro (with 3 different chip options). After talking to someone at the store and asking me questions to get to know my situation better, they recommended the right MacBook for me. I can confirm that the guys and girls working there are proactive and useful in providing assistance related to your burning questions about Apple.
They have different iPad, iPhone, Mac models (as well as many others) on display that you can compare and test out. They only seem to show the latest models, probably trying to market themselves as a premium or a tech-forward brand.
They also have student discount offers, around 10%. But you do need to provide proof that you're really in cégep/college or university or whatever.
Only caveat: the prices are way too expensive. Thousands of dollars at least for the flagship models. And I haven't used any of their products since I have been a lifelong Android/Windows user. But considering that I have a friend who still rocks a 2017 iPhone model in 2026, maybe their products are actually solid and durable.
