  Visite à la boutique aujourd’hui. La personne en charge m’a devancé mon problème et n’a pas pris le temps de m’aider. J’avais mon I-Phone et mon Mac Book achetés à la boutique. Il ma laissé au comptoir à faire moi-même mes recherches. Il m’a dit qu’il ne pouvait rien faire. J’ai demandé à une personne qui ne travaille pas chez Apple et elle m’a donné la solution en quelques secondes… Bref, j’ai reçu un très mauvais service à votre boutique où je suis client à plusieurs reprises.

  Customer service was disappointing. Apple should train their sales team to be more courteous and customer-focused. Even though I purchased a phone from them, the experience felt as if they were doing me a favor rather than assisting a customer.

  Aujourd’hui j’ai demandé l’aide du magasin Apple, Fairview–Pointe-Claire et Monsieur Will m’a répondu et a réglé mon problème en moins de 2 minutes. Il fut très gentil, poli et très respectueux en plus de connaître son travail.
