  Antoine is the kindest agent there! My friend and I went in around 4:48 PM, which was pretty close to closing time, but he and his coworker still welcomed us warmly. They were more than happy to help me set up an account and get a new phone with a plan, even though it was already late. Antoine was smiling the whole time and made me feel really comfortable throughout the process. If you’re planning to visit and need help from an agent, I highly recommend asking for Antoine Paquette! 😀

  Had a great experience at Videotron with Arthur. He was super nice, efficient, and really took the time to explain everything to us without making us feel rushed. He answered all of our questions, made sure we understood our options, and just made the whole process really easy. Great customer service and honestly just a really nice guy to deal with.
