Feels like I'm walking in to someone's home on their personal time! For the prices videotron charges, you would think the service would be above and beyond, but it's not even basic! Might as well go with any competitor as prices are far better! Videotron's ONLY edge is customer service, but not with this location! Lost a new client!!!
