  Extremely disappointing customer service at Best Buy Express – Plaza Côte-des-Neiges. If Google allowed me to give zero stars, I would. I walked into the store looking to purchase a case and screen protector for my new iPhone 18 Pro Max. Two employees were assisting customers, which I completely understood. However, there were three other employees behind the counter, and not one of them acknowledged me, said hello, asked if I needed assistance, or even said goodbye when I left. They appeared focused on the computer while I stood there waiting to be acknowledged. I don’t expect someone to drop everything immediately, but a simple “Hello, we’ll be with you shortly” would have made a huge difference. I eventually left and went to a competitor in the same plaza, where I received outstanding five-star service and purchased what I needed. Customer service starts with simply acknowledging the customer. Unfortunately, that was completely missing during my visit. A very disappointing experience from a company like Best Buy.

  Les service sont très mauvais a 4:15 16 septembre 2026. Des personnes qui ne aider pas j'ai demander une question il mont rejecter des personnes bizzares chaque foie une femme passe il parle mal sure elle. The service was very bad at 4:15 PM on September 16, 2026. The people there were not helpful. I asked a question, and they rejected me. There were strange people there, and every time a woman walked by, they spoke badly about her.

  Terrible Customer service!!!!!! The director of this branch deserves a Nobel Prize for hiring some of the worst employees imaginable. I honestly don't know how these employees were hired for their roles at Best Buy, but it's obvious that they have NO understanding of customer service and NO RESPECT for customers. I stood at the counter for about 15 minutes while a Black female employee appeared completely unsure of what she was doing, and the other staff members were busy flirting with each other instead of helping customers. It was unbelievable how the man who was in his home T-shirt talked to me like I owed him something!!!!! It's genuinely embarrassing that a company with a reputation like Best Buy employs staff who behave this way. Come on, guys—this is Best Buy in CANADA.
