  A bad vibes store not like the last time i was there I also noticed what very much looked like some laughing behind a customers back right at the pay out counter?? I did not give it one star due to at least the good help of Hussein Others just roaming around within the motion- too many employees Youre practically forced into their yearly extended warranty for as much as youre not interested On a positive note its a great store but not one that i will walk into on a regular basis A much serious 360 turn around is needed in-experienced un-qualified at their best!

  Horrible. Let me start off by saying I am from Ontario. I ordered phone online and I put my bro in law as pick up person. I got a call and manager said I have to be at the store since it’s under my name. Okay I show up the next day. They pull my order and ask where my bro in law is lol. Now I am beyond frustrated, and kept it really calm, it’s like nobody knows what they are doing. Than manager shows up and doesn’t give me reason why and just asks for my ID and also asks why I didn’t purchase it in Ontario. Are you kidding me? Then he wasted my time and said this will be cancelled. Just purchase a new one and I ll approve it. Guess what I got a call today to pick up my order that was originally purchased online. I am so confused. This manager is horrible and so are the workers. I went on Oct 2nd,2026 around 1pm. They treated me as a criminal and I was stunned. I had minimal time and needed the phone asap for my wife as her phone is completely useless. But Best Buy please take action. Your customers shouldn’t be treated as such. This is unacceptable. Now I am not surprised why you have so many negative reviews. Also the person (manager) below is the one that gave me hard time for no reason.

  Came here after the small Best Buy in Alexis Neon looking for the Nintendo Switch 2, but they didn't have it either sadly, but the worker Thalie was very nice and told me at the counter, I could pay her and she could ship it to my apartment when they get more in stock and I did just that! Not to mention, I felt like a kid exploring the place!

  Très mauvaise expérience au service client. Il y avait beaucoup d’employés dans le magasin, mais dès que j’avais besoin d’aide, personne ne semblait vraiment savoir vers qui me rediriger et je me suis retrouvé à devoir demander à plusieurs personnes. Pour un échange, le produit avait pourtant été mis de côté. À mon retour, personne n’arrivait à le retrouver. J’ai attendu environ 30 minutes qu’on me l’apporte, sans que personne ne vienne finalement. J’ai donc dû aller moi-même le chercher en rayon, puis attendre encore. Beaucoup de personnel, mais un service qui avance très lentement et une impression générale que chacun renvoie le client vers quelqu’un d’autre. Dommage parce que le problème aurait pu être réglé beaucoup plus simplement.
