  ne jamais rien acheter en ligne, ils ont leur propre marketplace et se déresponsabilise de tout, de plus ça ne parle pas français dans ce magasin, à éviter à tout prix

  On the website it says they have it, but in store they try to sell you something else double price. One star for kindness, another for fast answer.

  Service exceptionnel de la part de Malik. Il est resté presque une heure avec moi pour m'aider à régler mon problème. Un disponibilité exemplaire, une grande gentillesse et un service client irréprochable. Clairement l'employé du mois. Je reviendrai sans hésiter.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ I will never shop at Best Buy again. In the last six months alone, I bought a TV, a cellphone, and headphones and other stuf from this store. After spending that much money, I expected decent customer service. Instead, I was treated like my business didn't matter. The employees showed no real sense of customer service and made no effort to help resolve my issue. The store's return policy is unreasonable, and when you're sold a defective product, they simply point to the policy instead of trying to make things right. If you're buying expensive electronics, be aware that once they have your money, don't expect them to stand behind the products they sell. I won't be spending another dollar at Best Buy.

  Do not trust their sales people and check all the policies thoroughly online. I bought an oura ring and was told was reassured by the employee that I could wear it and try it within the 30 days. I was away on holiday and came back to return it after 2 weeks and a floor leader named Alex said that was not the policy and because the box was opened and there were scratches he wouldn’t do anything. I had thoroughly read the policy on the back of the receipt and longer version they keep at the checkout desk. Nowhere did it say that the box could not be opened. So he went online and looked for about 5 minutes to find a section on the website that said the box could be open (so he was wrong) but it was at his discretion if the scratches were going to stop my return and at this point he was clearly fed up with my pleading and just said no. I trusted their employees and the policy information provided in the store and then was told I should have checked the website before buying to be sure… I feel bamboozled. I shouldn’t have trusted their sales people. Btw the oura ring website directly classifies small scratching as okay for return.
