    J'ai acheté un ordinateur portable à cet endroit. Le service pour sélectionner l'ordinateur était bien. C'est plus au moment de la transaction que le service est devenu moins bon. J'ai avisé d'emblée le vendeur que je ne voulais pas de garantie avec l'achat de celui-ci. Le vendeur a essayé de me vendre l'installation de Windows et l'optimisation de l'ordinateur avec le bios. Je suis bien capable d'installer Windows 11. Ce n'est pas sorcier. Pour le bios, je n'avais pas besoin d'aller jouer là-dedans. Suite à mon refus, il m'a clairement dit que je pourrais rendre mon ordinateur inutilisable si je faisais cela par moi-même et il a répondu sèchement : vous ne viendrez pas dire que je ne vous l'ai pas dit. C'était extrêmement désagréable et ça laissait sous-entendre que j'allais scrappé mon ordinateur. Allo la vente à pression.

    J’aurai du lire les commentaire avant d’acheter chez eux , quel personnel incompétent et service médiocre . 2000 dollar payé après avoir commandé mon article chez eux et aller le ramasssr ensuite malgré ça n’a aucun sens juste l’employé qui a voulu ainsi et ma dit en 24h , et service de livraison indique qu’il ne trouve aucun personnel au magasin pour récupérer mon colis et qui peut recevoir ma commander. Aucun numéro de téléphone pour les joindre cela fait 5 jours La pire de mes expérience .

    NEVER BUY IN THIS STORE!!!!! They don’t give me back my money!!!!!!On June 2 this year I went to buy a camera, the camera was worth 1265.81 TAX INCLUDED. I paid with different cards, the first time the amount was not correct, as I did with a debit card "canceled" the payment but it was never actually done, to date, they still owe me $600 or I paid for the camera 1865.81, the customer service manager never explained the refund process to me, the first time he told me two days, absolutely nothing happened and went back to the store and accused me of not answering a call I never got, was rude, last June 30 and I was told again to wait 2 days and they would communicate with me, I asked that also by mail or let me know in some way and they have never communicated nor given me a response or solution, I will take legal action if necessary, due to lack of professionalism, empathy and because basically I am not taken seriously every time I go. I still haven’t gotten my money back.

    This was the "Worst Buy". I had to wait for 40 min to get help in the TV section. The staff are laid back and they speak to one customer for hours so they don't have to attend others. I asked for the Manager and got to know once of the guys talking with the customer for an hour was the Manager himself. Extremely inefficient. Took me 5 min to buy a TV, I waited to order uber and when I walked out the other girl who was talking to a customer for an hour follows me and asks if I have paid the money. These guys don't care to attend at customers needing help but rush to see if money was paid. I also brought a new laptop from the same store 2 weeks ago now I regret giving these guys my business. Staff is seems unpaid/underpaid, they clearly want their management to hire more and management does not exist. I urge competition to rout them out with superior customer service. WORST BUY ruined my day (the girl who followed me had the audacity to wish me have a good day after all the humiliation).

    This location doesn’t have a customer service problem - it has a leadership problem. This might be my first negative review, and I actually love Best Buy as a company. I’ve spent a disturbing amount of money there over the years and have almost always had great experiences. This review is about this location specifically. I’ve now been here three separate times, and every visit has been the same. There are often more employees than customers, yet getting help feels almost impossible. Staff members are standing around in groups chatting or looking at their phones while customers are left wandering the aisles trying to get someone’s attention. Basic acknowledgment seems to be too much to ask. And when you finally do get assistance, the attitude is often dismissive and rude, as though you’re inconveniencing them by asking for help. I’ve never felt so unwelcome. After three experiences like this, it’s clear this isn’t an off day or a bad employee, it’s a management problem. When the majority of the staff consistently provides poor customer service and treats customers like they’re beneath them, something is seriously wrong with the culture being allowed to exist at this location. I will continue shopping at Best Buy, but I won’t be returning to this store.
