- APAlex Private5 days ago2.0Although the in-store experience was great what happened between was frankly appalling. I ordered a bike in person and was told it would be a ‘few days’. Two weeks later I called and was told ‘the bike is at blah-blah and the manager is organizing a transfer’. Another two weeks later I called back (a month’s wait now) and was told exactly the same thing. I told them that which forced the person to actually check and call me back. Turns out my bike was there all along. But they wouldn’t tell me how long it has been there. Clearly the ‘manager transfer’ line is a lie they tell you to get you off the phone. Don’t buy it. I’m very disappointed.
