J’ai simplement demandé à ce que le prix affiché soit respecté, conformément à la politique d’exactitude des prix. Romane a refusé de corriger la situation. Lorsque j’ai demandé à parler à un gérant, il a également refusé de l’appeler et a commencé à me parler sur un ton inacceptable devant les autres clients. Cette attitude manque clairement de professionnalisme et de respect envers la clientèle. Le gérant est finalement sorti de l’arrière-boutique, a pris le temps de comprendre la situation et a immédiatement réglé le problème en honorant le prix affiché. Son intervention a sauvé mon expérience. Sans l’aide du gérant, j’aurais donné 1 étoile. Je recommande une meilleure formation du personnel en matière de service à la clientèle et de gestion des situations avec les clients.
