- LDLouise Duplessis6 days ago1.0Bonjour! Nous sommes de très bons clients de cet établissement. Dernièrement nous avons acheté une TV de plusieurs milliers de dollars. Nous avons reçu uni service excellent de ce département. Par contre, hier lorsque nous sommes allés pour acheter une système de son le représentant nous a amené au service des cellulaires. WOW!!! Lorsque nous a sommes arrivés le personnel était courtois et nous promettais multiples choses. Carte cadeau etc. Nous avons acheté deux cellulaires et forfait. Tout va toujours bien. Mais là tout se gâche on nous transfère à une jeune fille qui se fou de nous et ne donne aucune aide. On nous dit de retourner chez nous et faire le travail. Nous sommes allés chez Apple et tout était réglé en quelques minutes. Nous sommes retournés aujourd’hui chez BestBuy à Laval boul le Corbusier et là au département ment cellulaire on se foutait de nous on nous envoyait d’un département à l’autre. Le monsieur et la jeune fille nous ignorait et était insolents avec nous. Il nous parlait avec arrogance dans le magasin. Nous sommes très désappointés de ce département et nous n’achèterions plus jamais rien dans ce département.

They said they will let the store know about the situation. I will receive a call . Over 10 days no calls no follow up . I need to go all over again with them , and all of this because of bad service . Shame , bad store and bad clientele services
