Je suis venu pour acheter un telephone cellulaire et personne voulais m'aider. Je me suis meme fait crié après quand j'ai demandé de l'aide à un commis qui passait à coté de moi. J'ai été à rosemère et je me suis fait servir instantanément sans problèmes. Je conseil a tout le monde de ne pas aller à ce Bestbuy.
- ONOreo NabiscoJun 25, 20261.0went to buy a cellphone without a plan - all employees keept passing by ignoring me - flagged one down to get some service asked me to wait and someone would come and help - waited for 20 min nobody came went to ask for some assistance - the person rudely shouted at me to go back and wait - asked to talk to manager she did not care one but and did not help - asked for number to complain she said 1800 bestbuy and left without a care - does not care at all about customers - so went to another bestbuy to get my S26 ultra they lost a 2000$ sell because of incompetent employer and a very bad manager
