Went there because th ephone was glitchy. Determined it should be reset to factory. Fine. I wanted to come back because I wanted to download all my pics at home. The guy said don't worry, we will back everthing into the magical cloud, and then do a reset. What can go wrong. They are "geniuses", right? An hour later, backup is done, phone gets reset, and as luck would have it lost 7 months of pictures, and all text messages. Went back days later to complain, only to be told there's nothing that can be done. NEVER trust anybody to back up your photos, etc. Do it yourself. So much for being a genius. Thanks Apple.

Really bad experience with order and customer service. The manager is clearly not customer oriented. I bought a Mcbook in silver and paid, they gave me the bag and once i gor home and opened the bag it was the wrong color and went back to exchange, customer service was bad, they guy tried to exchange and swapped for the wrong ram gb, once again i realized of the error inquired for exchange and they said there is no solution for me available even though was their mistake. Manager didn’t even look at me to my face, they didn’t offer any guidance or alternative. I left and went to Apple store in Fairview and they were amazing looking for alternative. This apple store at carrefour is the worst.

J’avais de grandes attentes envers la boutique Apple. Je pensais que j’aurais un service VIP ce qui n’a pas été du tout le cas. En arrivant je me retrouve dans une grande pièce avec une vingtaine de tables rectangulaire avec des IPhone et IPad. Un jeune est venu me voir pour me demander la raison de ma visite et m’a attribué une table où il y avait deja des gens. Il me dit que quelqu’un viendra me voir mais quand car on nous attribue pas de numéros. Après un certain moment une ado..se présente à moi avec l’aptitude qui vient avec. Pas de conseils, pressé et l’air bête. J’avais l’impression de me commander un trio. Choisi paye pis decrisse. La seule chose où elle était bonne c’est pour vendre des accessoires. C’était non merci. Avoir su je l’aurais acheté dans une boutique cellulaire. Je l’aurais payé en 24 mois c’est tout.

Very mediocre customer service, on June 27 2026 I had an appointment at 1150, I arrived 10 minutes in advance and an advisor scanned the code and directed me to a table to wait for another advisor, to the same table two more customers were directed after me. The advisors for these clients came, and these clients weee served, after 40 minutes waiting I requested to talk to a manager and “Nick” identified himself as a manager in the store and told me that there were other clients that were a priority…. Mediocre answer from a manager,??? What makes it a priority? This is not a hospital…. In any case Apple should revise their standards in customer service and pay more attention how “Nick” the manager is preparing his team.

Had a reservation at the Apple Store for a charging issue on my iPhone. They ran 45+ minutes late, and when the technician finally showed up, it was clear they didn't want to deal with it. Instead of actually diagnosing the problem which is clearly a hardware defect they told me to delete all my data and try charging again. That makes no sense for a charging issue.
When I pushed back and explained it's obviously a hardware problem, they just left without finishing or following up. Literally walked away mid-service. I waited another 20+ minutes and they never came back.
What really bothered me: the appointment was during the last days of my warranty, and this feels like a deliberate stalling tactic to run out my coverage. The technician never actually tested the hardware properly or documented anything.
Apple's support has gotten worse. You're paying premium prices for service you can't count on.
