Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour l'excellent service. À chaque visite, le personnel est toujours patient, gentil et prend vraiment le temps de bien expliquer les choses. Une équipe formidable, j'apprécie énormément !

AWFUL. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. This store will make you regret ever walking through the door. I genuinely wish I had read the reviews before trusting them with my laptop. Imagine dealing with a dead laptop, potentially losing important data, and already being stressed about the situation—only to have an employee literally tell you to “go fuck yourself” and then hang up on you. Yes, those were his exact words. I am still shocked by the sheer audacity and complete lack of professionalism. I cannot imagine how anyone working in customer service could think it is acceptable to speak to a customer this way, especially a customer who entrusted the store with an expensive device and important data. I have dealt with bad customer service before, but this was on an entirely different level. Being dismissive is one thing. Verbally insulting a customer and hanging up on them is disgraceful. If this is how customers are treated when something goes wrong, I would strongly recommend thinking twice before leaving your laptop—or anything containing important data—with this store. One of the worst customer-service experiences I have ever had. I will never trust this location again.
