    They called me to pick up my package 15 minutes before closing, told me I could still pick it up if I'm late around 2-3min ...I guess I just wasted my gas... The employee didn't suggest my order to be delivered at my place directly

    Bought a DJI Avata 2 that was 1500$, and once I got home the inside of the box only had hockey pucks and a computer mouse.. the box was factory sealed. Probably previous guy bought it and replaced the drone with pucks and resealed, and this store did not even check in the box. Terrible experience, will show up tomorrow. EDIT. Best Buy manager took care of the problem. No huss. Investigated.

    The day before yesterday, I came to buy a laptop, and the staff member who helped me, Freddy, was very kind and helpful. He took the time to understand what I was looking for as a student and made the whole process easy. The only thing I would suggest is offering a student discount, since many other stores do. However, I didn’t want to give a lower rating because Freddy’s service was excellent. I really appreciate his help—this 5-star review is especially for him! ❤️🥰🥰

    Good products, but very poor customer service. We had to wait about 20 minutes just to have an employee tell us things we could have read on the box. My girlfriend and I were left waiting for assistance while several employees appeared to be on their phones. I eventually had to go to another department to ask for help finding a specific product. The employee couldn’t answer our questions, and we ended up leaving the store without buying anything.
