I don't know what some other reviews are talking about but this location got me the Device's I needed and made sure I didn't need to worry about anything leaving the store.

The manager and him fixed all the issues with both phone and internet accounts, and even gave me a holiday credit to help with upcoming personal items. I am now satisfied with verizon. Internet is still spotty but most are where we live so can't complain too much on that.
