  Horrible place. Just got a phone the other day, and someone else has my phone number. And they want to charge me $15 cause they asssigned me the wrong phone number. Stay away.

  Spent a lot of money, and in return have had many problems with the new phones that we purchased and trying to get someone on the phone due to the 3 hour difference, makes getting a replacement under warranty, they do not honir their 7 day return policy but do not disclosed this information, unfortunately as soon as I can leave this provider, we will be not much positivity from this encounter. I wish I never switched to cricket wireless

  unfortunately crickets customer service personnel whom answer the customer calls couldn't receive a separate approval rating. If cricket wireless dreadful and unbending ways were at all n sync to their customer service frontlines...it could be perfect. These are such dark times and we the people are forced to conform remain patient and change to the external forces....but cricket will not budge. Just most disheartening...especially in this county's non choices..ugh..I mean their philosophy feels like well take it & smile...or not..it won't impact crickets profits
