- DDDebAug 9, 20201.0unfortunately crickets customer service personnel whom answer the customer calls couldn't receive a separate approval rating. If cricket wireless dreadful and unbending ways were at all n sync to their customer service frontlines...it could be perfect. These are such dark times and we the people are forced to conform remain patient and change to the external forces....but cricket will not budge. Just most disheartening...especially in this county's non choices..ugh..I mean their philosophy feels like well take it & smile...or not..it won't impact crickets profits
