    Hi. I returned some items to Best Buy, Pleasant Hill. I was supposed to receive my return checks within 10-15 working days as per the store’s return policy. Now, it has been almost two months that I have not been refunded. Several times called the customer care service line, created the case, still waiting for refunding. This is highly unprofessional. I don’t know why their back office is taking too long to refund the amounts? I doubt that you really care about the customers. I have a disgusting experience dealing with Best Buy. If someone responsible is reading this review, please do something about it and realistically support the customers not just by words. Please do something!!

    I came into Best Buy around 10:15 to quickly grab an HDMI-C converter. It took a little while to find it, but the associate who helped me was friendly and stuck with me until we found what I needed — I appreciated that. What was disappointing was the price. It was noticeably higher than what I could find on Amazon. I ended up switching to a higher-quality option that also powers my phone, thinking at least I’d leave with something better. After waiting in line, I found out their system was down and they couldn’t process credit cards. Several other customers walked out for the same reason. By 11:00, I was still there with nothing to show for it. Honestly, it would have been faster and cheaper to order from Amazon and have it delivered within a few hours — saving gas and money. Very frustrating experience.

    Tried to look at Switch 2 games with my daughter. We were mid conversation and an employee interrupted us with a big loud performative “HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY!” and then launched into a whole unwanted unwelcome spiel about some nonsense that I didn’t want any part of. No one is ever welcome to interrupt me talking to my daughter under any circumstance. Read. The. Room. It’s not my issue of you’re over caffeinated and over zealous to “interact.” This was followed immediately by another employee flanking us and interrupting again with more unwelcome solicitations. Ultimately we had to leave to the area and go hang out near the refrigerators, safely out of reach of the maniacal employees, to finish our conversation. Ironically we were driven away from buying anything by the employees. Think about that for a moment: you’re paying people to prevent customers from buying things.. Have some gd chill and don’t interrupt. Whatever bs spiel you have cooked up is not more important than what I am speaking about with my daughter. I’m sure the store owner will reply with some passive aggressive defense just like in the many many other 1-star reviews rather than actually take a hint and make a change. But hey, if the brilliant business model of chasing customers away from your store is what you want to go with we have plenty of other options 🫡🫡

    Excellent quick service. Hot there less than five minutes before closing and the service was cordial and thorough. I got want I needed and out was able to walk out with the product I purchased installed. Loved my experience!

    I have returned a laptop at Best Buy pleasant hill as on 10/30/2025 amount was over $800 the salesman was Brain he said that you receive your money back within 2 to 3 weeks but till now toda date is 02/09/2026 I couldn't get my money back and I have followed up more than 5 times 3 times with Brain, 2 times with a manager miss Amber and 1 time with a manager Justin they were good people but till now they couldn't assist me to get my money back and they regularly said that this is our policy we pay email check when the amount was over $800. So my experience is Best buy is not a good option.
