If you want to be dismissed and disrespected go to this store. I do not understand the dismissive attitude of a lot of these staff on the floor and behind their customer service desk. You have your jobs because people walk in and want to buy something they probably do not need but want to enjoy it. By ruining their experience and disrespecting them, they will choose other stores. It is the store manager’s responsibility to get it together and train their staff. But it has been getting worse every year at this location.

I had an incredible experience at Best Buy in Pleasant Hill, and it’s all thanks to Brian. I came in to pick up an open-box soundbar that was supposed to be in “Excellent” condition—but when I saw it, it was definitely not what I expected. I was bummed, frustrated, and honestly feeling hopeless navigating the sea of soundbars in the store.
Then Brian stepped in. His customer service was nothing short of exemplary. He took the time to understand what I wanted, guided me through the options with patience and expertise, and genuinely made the experience enjoyable. By the end, I walked out with a full Bose system—originally planning to spend $250, but thanks to Brian’s guidance and care, I happily invested way more than the 250 I initially spent
Not only did I leave with a top-of-the-line setup, but I also left genuinely impressed by the level of service Brian provided. He turned what could have been a frustrating trip into one of the best retail experiences I’ve ever had. If you’re shopping at Best Buy, do yourself a favor and ask for Brian—he’s a game-changer.

BEWARE of buying Pre-Built Gaming PCs here. I bought one the other day & it is faulty. Seems like the components inside was replaced with cheapers ones. So check all the components inside it before keeping it.

Went to the pleasant hill store to buy a video game. Asked the cashier to use my points on my Best Buy credit card to pay for the purchase. Got a bill from Best Buy for the game. Called their customer service to explain that I wanted to use my points. They were completely useless. So now I have to to pay for this video game which should have been covered by points. Get rid of the Citi card Best Buy. It’s really making you look bad
