Went here a few days ago seeking batteries for a new camera of mine. I didn’t know much, but I went to one of the help departments towards the back of the store, and the gentleman there helped me out with everything I needed. I’ll definitely be back.

Best Buy is usually my go-to for electronics. The staff is generally helpful and knowledgeable, and I appreciate being able to see and try products in person before buying. Their prices are competitive, especially with price matching, and pickup is pretty quick and easy. My only gripe is that wait times can be a bit long during busy hours and sometimes it’s hard to find someone on the floor, which is why I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5.
