- TSTakenya SpearsNov 25, 20221.0The new Geek Squad only fixes products that you purchase from them. Tried to have my son console fix which was a gift, so I'm not sure we're it was purchased. We're not helpful. It was only the HDMI portion that they had fixed on my computer before. Maybe it was a liability issue. Oh yeah this was after I called customer service and they said they did.
