  I made a simple phone call to this location, I asked a simple question, and the guy took me around in so many circles, I got dizzy, I will never ever visit this location or call them ever again.

  The best Cricket I ever went to and I just want to Thank Delila!!!!! Delila was so kind and was so helpful, without her I wouldn't been able to get 2 phones and 2 phone cases today and if you ever need help she will always know what is best for you. Thank You Delila 💜😊

  I have been with Cricket since they opened, all these many years. I live high up in the mountains and my service sometimes isn't that great. I could go to a different cell phone company and it might be better. But I stay with Cricket because of their awesome tech-savvy people. Anita, the manager at this Cricket store helped me get my phone to download all my updates. Which was a monumental challenge that only she could do and did. It took a while but she did it with excellence and knowledge. Anita was very kind to me and she made me feel like I was the only one there. Her assistant Maria was also extremely helpful. What a joy to get them. It goes to the fact that the people who work at Cricket are phenomenal. I suggest that Cricket move Anita up in management. She has a real talent with people and with phones as well. That is why I stay with Cricket. People like Anita and Maria.

  The female clerk didnt wear a mask as we did. She didn't even attempt to excuse herself to go get one, I was like, "ok, I guess customer health safety is not on her list of concerns". Thing only thing adequate was getting the information but went else where for my health safety.
