He was fantastic! Best person I've worked with at Verizon in Petaluma!

They really don't want to see your face in the store. He offered to help me order phones myself using the verizon app! If I wanted to do it myself I wouldn't have gone in! There was also conflicting info from my visit the day before with 2 other people. I don't feel I can trust anything they tell me.

Xfinity was holding my phone hostage even though it was paid off last week and nothing was owed, not even phone service bill. I had zero balance with xfinity and still didn't unlock phone for 5 days !! I had no service anywhere. Eric did his absolute best and spent a lot of time on phone with Xfinity as well trying to get phone I ne unlocked. True sport and excellent service from Eric. I now have service with Verizon. Yea!!
