  Man with beard that works there is lazy He said we had to call customer service to cancel a line but went to the other cricket on 4th street and they did it with no hesitation

  I Went into the store to make a payment, Tuesday May 27th, a payment on my boyfriend's phone line. I had already chatted on line for like 20 minutes trying to make a payment. I couldn't do quick pay because I got a message that there is an issue with the system. So I chatted with some for like 20 minutes only to be told I couldn't because I needed a pin. Which I didn't have. They wanted to send a pin which I didn't have his phone and his phone was disconnected. So I was told to go to a store and make a payment. I go to this store and a rep comes out from the back. He doesn't greet me. Doesn't say anything just looks at me. So I say, I want to make a payment. He asks for the number and then asked for a pin. Told him I didn't have it. He said if I could get from him. I told line is disconnected. I told him that I have already chatted with customer service and they told me to go to the store and I'd be able to make a payment. He said that I still needed a pin. What a waste of time. He was condescending and rude. He had no customer service or wanted to help me. I can't imagine doing business here!!
