I was simply asking normal questions about plans, and she became rude and angry instead of helping. Customer service should be polite and professional, but her behavior made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I did not receive clear answers and felt rushed the entire time. Verizon should train staff better on how to speak to customers respectfully. I will not return to this location

The worst one of all was not changing my wife phone coverage to international like I request before we took a trip. Should have been only a 10 dollar a month line charge but being billed for 360 dollars. Went into the store couldn't or wouldn't fix it. Called Verizon customer service same BS no help. We have traveled many times over seas and always have a travel pass. Our records show that we never traveled without a travel pass. How the mighty has fallen. Its criminal what they did to us. Lol send an email to wecare and get a BS response.

Dominic took the time and explained all the features to me and helped me set everything up to make it compatible. We live in Merced and stopped at this location because my son was getting a hair cut next door. I only stopped in to look and Left with the watch I had been wanting. I will always buy my products from this location now. Dominic was great! Thank you for the great service glad we made the switch to Verizon!
