Joshua helped us and was very helpful and patient throughout the entire duration of our visit. We upgraded to a iPhone 17 Plus and Apple Watch Series 11. Joshua gave us the best promotion available and walked us through the changes to our bill and all future billing cycles, which was minimal. I will definitely be asking for his assistance during all future visits to this location.
