    BEWARE - These guys are sneaky little weasles. I got a plan with 3 of my other family members. My parents were complaining that the bill was high, so i did my due diligence to remove all the unecessary add-ons that Verizon always gets you on. I also saw that we had the VZ-MD protect plan, ensuring all our phones were covered by insurance. After discussion with my parents, we decided to cancel the insurance and keep it on only ONE phone. This was confirmed after a 30 minute phone call on my end. Everything is all dandy, and my parents decided to go change their phones along with my sister at the store. Low and behold - I look at the bill and guess whats back on there? VZ-MD PROTECT??? The one that i just canceled? I asked my parents - and they told me they were never asked. So i took it that they were probably preying on my family members thinking that they didnt notice. Now the story doesnt end there - my parents and my sister did the trade-in promo for the new iphones, which they should have recieved 1K credit for the device over 3 years. I look at the bill, and i notice one of the lines didnt have it. In fact - it had a "Indirect Device Trade-In Credit" Instead of the promo that was mentioned on the OTHER 2 phones.. The EXACT same promo that they all went in for. So had i not noticed, my mom's line would have to pay 1K for the phone versus the $100 she SHOULD pay. Shame on the manager Joshua for "making" this mistake if it "was." So if you go to this store, beware and double check your bill. I can't believe i had to go through ANOTHER hour support call to get all these ridiculous notions corrected. Go to a different Verizon store if you can.

    This is a Verizon "affiliate" store and we really didn't want to go there. Instead we visited a Verizon "company" store on Lake in Pasadena thinking it would be better, BUT we were VERY disappointed! We reluctantly decided to go to "lowly" affiliate store on Foothill and we were surprised and SO glad we gave it a chance! The staff was not only knowledgeable but they were extremely helpful and patient in reviewing our up-grade options. Now we are eagerly awaiting our phones that they gladly ordered for us and we look forward to having a great plan. Please give this little "affiliate" your attention and business.. You will not be disappointed!

    My elderly mother came here on her own to set up her new phone. They took advantage of her as an elderly woman. They put a bunch of games into her phone and set her up with all kinds of additional add on expenses that she never authorized them to do nor was aware of. She then had to get on the phone with verizon and it took weeks and various long calls to undo all the things they did at this store to her new phone. To this day she has games in her phone that she never authorized that are unable to be removed. They treated her very poorly and disrespectfully and took advantage of her being a sweet elderly woman who is not as good with technology. I was surprised by this then remembered I experienced similar a year ago. I went to get my new phone I brought in set up and I caught the Verizon person attempting to put add ons on my phone. I told them not to, to which he stopped. Also they charge money to just set up a new phone I brought in. This store is totally unethical in how they seek to exploit the elderly or people when they are not looking nor aware of what the salespeople are doing. The people working here cannot be trusted. Avoid this Verizon store at all costs.
