Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience here.Today came in spoke with this asian guy.They had working here his name was Christian terrible customer service. The guy was rude obnoxious and was not helpful. Whatsoever, this is strictly on this specific person. Not on Verizon, this team here at this location in Pasadena is usually very helpful and really willing to go over the top for you. This guy was terrible and just be aware. If you get this guy know that it's not gonna be good. And I've posted about Verizon's excellent customer service over the top. But this was terrible poor service.
