In addition, she even fixed the problem due to my mistake, which took almost another hour. I will definitely recommend working with Yvonne for any Verizon needs.

Chris just tell me he can't help me and did not try AT ALL to maybe do something or clear the situation for me. I have to ask him particularly to look at the notes on my account for him to do that which I feel like should be the first thing you do to start with. Rude, rushed and arrogant. Really bad experience.
