- NENatalie EstradaJan 6, 20261.0VCA was offering a free first exam so I called to book, I specifically made sure it was okay that I have a rabbit and can still use the coupon. Today AFTER DRIVING ALL THE WAY FROM SANTA CLARITA I came in for them to tell me they don’t accept the coupon for exotics and I’ll have to pay $172 for the exam fee?? I told them the time I called and date and that I was specifically told this and 1) wouldn’t have made my rabbit sit through this car ride while sick and 2) wouldn’t have driven all this way myself for NO REASON they then argued with me that their prices are comparable to other places, he now has an appointment with another vet for a $70 exam fee so… waste of my time, horrible communication, they should’ve called me to confirm and tell me this beforehand or never lied in the first place.

I never feel rushed or like we are inconveniencing her by asking questions. She has never pushed a treatment plan that is unnecessary, making it clear when she thinks it’s something we cannot wait for or don’t need right now. You sometimes have a wait a sec to get into the exam room, but that’s not uncommon for a vet. I always feel like all of the staff truly care about the animals. Overall, I’d pay a bit more to continue coming here over any other office.
- BRBryan RuizSep 3, 20251.0(Lil back story, my dog was bitten by a rattle snake) The doctor was very informative BUT her nurse said that my dog was not responding to any kind of treatment and that it be in her best interest to put her down. I decided not to as my dad convinced me to take her home and if she passes at home at least she’d be with us and not in a strange place. She recovered after 6 weeks of care at home after spending about 1 week in the VCA. Please be careful I’d hate to see someone be convinced into putting down their loved fur baby by nurses that seem to care but don’t.

- PSPsychedelic SantiFeb 15, 20255.0Coming from tiktok, I LOVE THIS HOSPITAL! Dr. Hajar does nothing but care for the animals well being. I would love to hear that my dog can live longer than expected. And for the person who uploaded the video it's very funny they don't show the full clip and the story is very one sided. There is definitely another side to the story they won't show, and I wonder why maybe because they were demanding to put their dog down ? I wish i had more time with my pet like they do and any good loving owner would as well, unlike these ungrateful people. GO DR HAJAR WE LOVE YOU !! Definitely bringing my pet here from now on.
