  Worst tech service I've ever witnessed. Do not come here. They will scam you and make you feel like you don't know what you are talking about. If I wasn't tech-savvy, they would've robbed me blind. These people will sell you products you don't need and "sell" you services and not deliver on time. Unless you really have to, do not come here for anything. For time's sake, I am not including any names.

  Wouldn’t recommend going to Best Buy in Pasadena I went for an appointment to get my hard drive replaced that I had got told needed to be replaced and the guy/kid working there literally told me that his manager said they weren’t taking older laptops so don’t get what’s the point of me paying for geek squad every year if not gonna work on my laptop which is windows 8 so old but not to old , he kept insisting my charger wasn’t working so I came home and tried to charge and it started charging instantly I don’t get what he was connecting it to, I had told him that geek squad in Glendale had diagnosed laptop and just need to change hard drive and he’s like we can’t do it but you should take it to Glendale and they should be able to do it , I was like so I thought to myself I’m paying for geek squad only at Glendale or what am I paying for if can’t fix my laptop which I also got at Best Buy , worst service I’ve got at a Best Buy by far

  I give this place a five star review because of their efficient and nicely done methods. I had dropped my phone and cracked the screen big-time. They managed to fix the screen in under 20 minutes. It looks brand-new all thanks to Geek Squad. Thank you Geek Squad and have a great day.

  I have been on hold for 30 minutes waiting for someone to pick up the phone in the geek squad dept. and NO ONE HAS ANSWERED. I gave them my computer two days ago and they said they could back up the information on my desktop within 24-48-hours. No one called to give me the status and that is why I am calling them today.???

  Eddie was absolutely amazing! Extremely kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He is such a great representation of Geek Squad and the Best Buy brand, and a master at Customer Service and Retention. In all sincerity, Eddie deserves a promotion and formal recognition. My initial experience with Geek Squad was not the best, but thanks to AutoTech Eddie I will be a returning customer!
