OMG what a horrible experience trying get something done. Try to call Geel Squae at my local Pasadena store. Get the automated greeting asking a bunch of questions when I just want to speak with Geek Squad. Ultimately end up at a damn call center on the other side of the planet, get another bunch of questions, before I get switched to yet another call center on the other side of the planet. Then Im told I have to make an appointment just to go in and discuss upgrading my RAM??? WOW what horrible process... Nevermind!!!

We bought a GE profile stove/oven from Best Buy. It’s only six months old and has never worked correctly. It has a gas leak due to a faulty, igniter. It is dangerous. Turns out, GE said this model is defective. We have had Geek Squad come out 4 different times. We have had GE come out and it is still not fixed. Best Buy will not replace it. @GE @GEproud won’t replace it even though it’s dangerous, and under warranty. Don’t buy GE. Don't buy appliances from Best Buy.

Wouldn’t recommend going to Best Buy in Pasadena I went for an appointment to get my hard drive replaced that I had got told needed to be replaced and the guy/kid working there literally told me that his manager said they weren’t taking older laptops so don’t get what’s the point of me paying for geek squad every year if not gonna work on my laptop which is windows 8 so old but not to old , he kept insisting my charger wasn’t working so I came home and tried to charge and it started charging instantly I don’t get what he was connecting it to, I had told him that geek squad in Glendale had diagnosed laptop and just need to change hard drive and he’s like we can’t do it but you should take it to Glendale and they should be able to do it , I was like so I thought to myself I’m paying for geek squad only at Glendale or what am I paying for if can’t fix my laptop which I also got at Best Buy , worst service I’ve got at a Best Buy by far
