  Customer service representative was excellent Henry who is Verizon employee helped out. He took the time to help my husband and myself with purchasing my husband Galaxy Z fold 7. Henry helped us un 3/1/2026. My pin number is 01250721699030126. He made sure to answer all our questions and helped us to use my husband perks through Verizon. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the phone. I appreciate you Henry for all your help and time you made it easy and simple for us to purchase my husband's new phone that he needed.   This is worst store ever I asked him a question about installing a camera in my car and they directed me right out the exit door.

  Worst trade in ever, $65 store credit for trade in on a 5 year old Mac book pro we bought from them. And the manager couldn’t even honor the $150 they had previously originally offered if we brought the charger! The manager didn’t even try to help, whoa what a let down Best Buy! Way to lose customers.

  Most of the staff were helpful when I walked in and assisted me in finding what I needed, but the checkout experience was disappointing because the cashier was rude and gave me attitude about how I swiped my card while I was purchasing a $200 item; She gave me the total amount so I swiped my card, then she told me to hold on as I was going too fast for her . Bad communication , I expected more professionalism and help, less overly familiar talk, this happened Friday night around 7:30.1/23
