    Excepetional customer service! Went to pick up some electronic items today to adapt my laptop and create a better home office. Decided to go the brick and mortar route to get some advice from a realtime human - was so glad I did! From the helpful greeters at the door, where I was directed to the right place and told someone would be by to help in 5-10 minutes, to the timely arrival of the knowledgeable, extremely helpful Kyle, it was an efficient, friendly and productive experience. Things I wanted were in stock, and at reasonable prices. Refreshing, to say the least. Would not hesitate to recommend or to go back!

    If I can give this store a -0..This Best Buy in Pasadena on Foothill is absolutely horrible customer service. I stopped going there 2yrs ago, I decided to take another chance today. I ordered online and waited 20 minutes in line abt 12pm before I was to get my order. I did ask was there anyone else available to help the one person that was handling the line and my answer was “no there’s no one else available” Meanwhile, a customer walks in the door after there’s a long line of waiting to pick up. The manager Victor comes out greets this customer and immediately helps the customer. I Did question him about it and his exact words were. “I will help my friend first, and then I will help you.” And he apologize for having me wait for 20 minutes, but he still refused to help me or anyone else in the line until he took care of his friend, very unprofessional very disappointing. It was absolutely horrible experience and I will never ever go to the Best Buy on foothill in Pasadena again I will drive all the way to Burbank before I step foot in Best Buy in Pasadena.

    What the heck is happening at Best Buy? When my fiance and I were shopping here for Black Friday, we had a simple request: trade in a MacBook and upgrade to the latest model. We understand Black Friday can be super busy, but they kept redirecting us to random locations. First we were told to go to checkout to trade in. No wait, we were told the wrong spot, please go to the front. Wait wrong spot again. Someone walked us over to the registers at the center of the store and gave me a trade in value for my MacBook. I didn't bring a charger that day but he said if I bring in my charger, it would be $60 more after. He said that if I buy my MacBook today and trade in my old one another day, I can get back the return credit fee easily. I did just that so I would not miss out on the Black Friday deal. When we came back today, another employee helped us out. She didn't know she was doing so she called a supervisor later. We waited 20 minutes as he dug into the specs and all of a sudden, they apparently don't take my specific model MacBook for trade in. I was confused since the first employee from BF said they did, but the supervisor said they probably chose the wrong model when evaluating in BB's internal system. Overall, extremely disappointed in the customer service here. I would not go back
