    They are always well stocked. The selection is great. Value-wise, for a brick and mortar store, they're pretty good. The service is just ok but that's because most specialists are already helping others. If you do ask for help, they are polite, kind, courteous and do help you out, though. I've been coming to this location either to pick up stuff I've bought online or just to buy things they may have in stock and 9/10 I leave with what I need.

    I bought a router when our Internet went down, I thought it was the router so I bought only. when I got home before I opened the box Internet came back. so I put the unopened box in my car but never had a chance to return it since I had to leave town for a week then when I got back I forgot to return the router until it was 17 days after purchase. when I went back to return the unopened box Best Buy refused to take back the unit since their return policy is 15 days only . so apparently they can't put that back on the shelf since they found a sticker like me to buy it.

    Fake phone numbers to fake corporate phone clackers to fake answers. The phone numbers are not real and won't let you speak with anyone at the store they are not mom and pop they are killing small business. They actively hate their customers.

    Never wasting my time going to Best Buy of West Covina. Lesson learned! Their selection of electronics is the best and their Geek Squad team rules! Fixed the issue with my son’s switch asap. I will keep recommending this place to friends and family.

    A big and spacious Best Buy with dedicated and courteous personnel committed to make sure all your questions and inquiries are answered. Due to bigger size, it has and offers a great variety of items pertaining to the type of store that Best Buy is. I've been shopping hear since 2019 and will continue to do so. I do recommend this particular Best Buy.
