  BS, wasted my time making appointments, driving 25 mins there, told me $189, and won’t price March, I told him outsides $89, also online say they would price match whatever lowest outside and also another $5 more off.

  Apple customers service is people explaining to you why they can get away with anything : late appointment & 5 hour delays. They changed my battery and the phone is now acting even worse than before

  I had a very bad experience at this store. My screen was cracked, and an employee named Lorenzo told me it was just a display issue and could be fixed in an hour. After waiting over an hour with no update, I went back and was told my phone was ready. But when I was about to sign, the staff suddenly claimed the repair cost was $0, acted confused, and then told me the phone actually couldn’t be fixed because the new screen wouldn’t fit. In the end, they said my only option was to buy a new phone, and the price jumped from $279 to $500. This felt very misleading and unprofessional. Guess what? I ended up going to a repair shop near my home, and they fixed it in just 10 minutes with a 90-day warranty. Meanwhile, the Apple Store just wasted my time and tried to get me to buy a new phone.

  The staff behind Genius Bar was not helpful at all! My Mac book Pro stopped charging in a sudden. After the lady tried some tricks with the buttons, she suggested to replace all the ports for $139 (really? all 4 ports stopped working at the same time?!), she also said Apple could not guarantee my data wouldn't be damaged, but why? Why replacing ports will affect the SSD? Okay, standard disclaimer and of course, Apple wants to scary you away to give up fixing it, so you can buy a new laptop. I ended up looking for a private repair shop and the final diagnose was the battery failure, not the ports at all! What a waste of time to visit Apple with such inaccurate information.

  This store is trippin i have never had a good experience at this store. They are undertrained and unprofessional. They have had show many opportunities to do the right thing but have failed each and every time. From the timer for to walk me through turning back on the find my iPhone picture and when my phone gets turned on I was helpless to the time that my Apple watch battery swelled up and popped the face of my watch off to this most recent time when they could not even figure out how to explain the accessibility features on a phone to my father who's going blind. If you don't know the answer at least get someone who does. Sorry but I can't recommend this store at all
